  6. Stir occasionally and fry on medium flame until turns crispy.
  7. Drain off all chips in a plate sprinkle some black pepper powder and salt (if needed). Give it a quick mix and keep aside.
  8. Repeat the same process for remaining bananas.
  9. Store it in a air tight container and enjoy.
  10. Note–You can use peanut oil also for frying
